Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. Commonly summarized as Energy Healing, Reiki is a light touch technique done by "laying of the hands." It is always beneficial and safe, and sessions often yield an increase in overall energy and feelings of well-being.
